Senior students in Years 10–12 at Oxley are able to take full advantage of their signature strengths and innate talents. They have discovered their passions and have a greater understanding of where they want to be. They are empowered to pursue their passions and extend their strengths.

Our Year 10 Careers program empowers decisions around subjects and streams to match students’ future career goals. By putting students in the driver's seat, we spark their motivation, commitment, and perseverance.

At Oxley, we strive to nourish students with integrity. Our captains leave a positive mark on society through servant-hearted leadership. Our Leadership Program, inspired by our motto, Wisdom & Virtue, instructs students to follow Jesus' example. They serve others with kindness and compassion.
